Delivery & Return Policy Simpel Surdej

Delivery

At Simpel Surdej, we do everything we can to make sure your package reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where in the world you live. If you order from Denmark, you can typically expect your package within 1-3 business days. If you live elsewhere in Europe, delivery usually takes 7-10 days, and if we ship to the rest of the world, you should expect somewhere between 7 and 21 days, depending on how far the package has to travel.

The exact shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.

You are always welcome to write to us if your package is delayed or something has gone wrong along the way. We will look into it as quickly as we can.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The 14 days start counting from the day you receive your order. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, simply let us know before the deadline runs out, either by email or through the contact form on our website.

The item should be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You cover the cost of the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed. Once we receive the item and it has been checked, we refund your payment.

Exchange

If you would rather exchange an item for a different size, variant, or product, just get in touch with us and we will find a solution together. Send the item back to our warehouse, and as soon as we receive it, we will send the new item straight to you. If there is a price difference, we will let you know before we proceed.

Return & Refund

Returns are sent to our warehouse. In the case of a standard complaint under warranty, we refund your purchase free of charge.
